This is a full-time remote position in Romania, Philippines and LATAM for Spanish speakers.

We are looking for a talented professional with a passion for customer service to work with our global fashion retail clients and their online customer support. This will be a remote position, so you get to work from home yet still be a part of the amazingly proficient and global BrandBastion team!

We are a company specialized in brand protection and optimization on social media. As social media lives 24/7 we have team members in several different countries, and schedules are organized so that we offer our services 24/7. We are a growth company offering a lot of opportunities and valuable learning experience for someone who is highly interested in social media, marketing, and customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Monitor and moderate public social media engagement
  • Engage the online community to increase positive interactions
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Make recommendations to the Project Lead by monitoring client accounts

Requirements

If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills or experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent Spanish and English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Great attention to detail and high work morale
  • Analytical thinking and multitasking skills
  • Flexible schedule: we provide 24/7 support for the customer
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment (this is a remote position)
  • Previous customer service and/or community management experience is considered an advantage
