Bilingual Customer Support for Music Streaming Service (Japanese, Indonesian, Cantonese, Thai)

We are looking for email support representatives for our client who is a global music streaming service that allows people to enjoy the songs they love and also discover new ones. Customer inquires can range from something simple like telling a user how to access their account or address any technical issues. This project places a huge emphasis on the customer experience and attention to detail.
 This long-term project is fast-paced with a lot of potential for further growth!
Production Hours:
25 hours per week
Shift hours:
From 5pm to 2am PST. Weekends required.
Orientation Hours:
1 week Orientation (1st week) – 40hrs/week
2 weeks of Nesting in English – 40hrs/week – actively doing the tasks in the project without KPIs
2 weeks of Nesting in native language – 40hrs/week – actively doing the tasks in the project without KPIs
4 weeks of Band Camp in native language – 40hrs/week – actively doing the tasks in the project with KPIs
Then release to full-time Productions – 25hrs/week
Orientation will be paid at full rate.
All shortlisted applicants will be required to pass written and spoken tests in both the required project and English languages.
Remote patch management and endpoint security software installed by ModSquad

Required skills and experience:

    • Solid email support experience and proficiency.
    • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and required language.
    • Able and willing to make on demand decisions in favor of the customer.
    • Accept and absorb performance feedback from your project manager and actively participate in QA calls.
    • Comfortable operating in a virtual team environment.
    • Secure internet connection
    • Dedicated remote office space
    • Bonus points if you are a music lover!
