UX & PRODUCT MANAGER

You will be Responsible for empathizing with customer problems and needs of your stakeholder better than anyone else and building software to solve them. While you are not expected to write code, you need to have a deep technical understanding of the products you build. At Because Health you’ll be working with a talented team of engineers and product designers in all phases of the product development process and drive collaboration and partnership with end-users and customer experience partners – to help deliver a best in class product that powers our increasingly complex operations and logistics.

What You’ll do—

Product Definition

  • Understand vision of the product owner, analyze and gather requirements
  • Understand user persona and their journey through the product
  • Define product features through Epics, User Stories, and functionality documentation
  • Design system-level views of customer experience workflows and identify product opportunities
  • Derive UI/UX prototypes and create low fidelity designs, working with design to create high fidelity
  • Collaborate with designer to ensure the designs drive desired UX, business, and technical outcomes
  • Perform UAT of the UI/UX prototype with the stakeholder for their feedback and iterate with the team until approved

Project Management and Quality Assurance

  • Prioritize product features and prepare release plans
  • Break down work to build, test, and roll out prioritized features on the product as per release plans
  • Determine, schedule, assign to respective team members, track and manage the project tasks, activities, their specification, quality expectations, and ETA
  • Maintain regular communication through various channels, with team members and stakeholders, according to the best possible availability as per everyone’s convenience
  • Report the progress to stakeholder, escalate as needed
  • Drive UAT for the minimum viable product to ensure roll out readiness
  • Guide roll out and post release stabilizing activities with the engineers

What You’ll Bring—

  • Lead Scrum Master with 2+ years product management experience
  • 3+ years of leading product teams with a consistent record of developing talent
  • 3+ years professional experience in Figma designing user friendly products for web and mobile
  • Excellent product judgement: ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs over the product lifecycle
  • Ability to design and document user flows, design components at a system level, Highly skilled at low– and mid-fidelity prototyping
  • Portfolio demonstrating: shipment of multiple products successfully; strong skills in applying interaction design patterns to solve complex workflows; strong skills in visual, information hierarchy, layout, composition, and typography
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation skills: establish a common ground with candor and articulate the rational, objective reasons behind decisions
