Website BA House Cleaning

We’re a cleaning company in California looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to help with variety of day to day office tasks.

Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Provide quotes using scripts
  • Schedule cleanings
  • Reschedule cleanings
  • Follow up on quotes
  • Coordinate changes with cleaning technicians
  • Update CRM and client information
  • Assist with special project
  • Communicate professionally using phone, email, texting and web chat

Requirements

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English with minimal accent
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Must have reliable high speed internet
  • Must have reliable computer
  • Must have a quiet uninterrupted area to work in
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm PST (Los Angeles time)
  • To start training may be part-time, moving into full time.
